Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this order within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this order, we must return to you all payments we have received from you (except for shipping costs) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You bear the direct costs of the returning of the goods.
 
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, properties and functioning of the goods

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
